When are fish dispatched and delivered?

We dispatch Tuesday or Wednesday and use a licensed live-animal courier, so your fish arrive midweek and never sit in a depot over a weekend. You'll get tracking, and someone should be home to receive the box so the fish aren't left waiting. Midweek timing is deliberate — it's the safest window for live animals.

What if a fish arrives dead or unwell?
