Delivery Schedule
We ship live fish Tuesday to Thursdayto ensure your fish don't spend a weekend in transit.
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day via tracked delivery.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday orders will be dispatched on Tuesday.
How We Pack Your Fish
- Fish are individually bagged with pure oxygen
- Insulated polystyrene boxes maintain stable temperatures
- Heat packs included during cold weather (October–April)
- Newspaper padding prevents movement and stress
- Outer cardboard box with “LIVE FISH” labelling
Important Notes
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery — fish cannot be left unattended
- Acclimatise your fish slowly — float the bag in your tank for 20–30 minutes before releasing
- If there are any issues on arrival, photograph the fish in the bag and contact us within 2 hours
