Smudge Spot Cory (Corydoras similis) is a peaceful bottom-dwelling catfish for keepers who can provide a soft substrate, clean water and a proper group. It is a better listing when it reads as care advice, not a block of repeated sales phrases.

Use smooth sand, gentle flow and shaded cover. A group of 6 or more helps the fish settle, and peaceful midwater tank mates keep the bottom area calm.
Offer sinking tablets, fine granules, frozen bloodworm, daphnia and small live foods. Corydoras are not waste cleaners, so feed them directly and remove excess food.
