Gold Ocellated Shell-Dweller is the gold form of the Lake Tanganyika shell-dwelling cichlid commonly sold as Lamprologus ocellatus. It is also seen in the hobby as Neolamprologus ocellatus, so the synonym note matters, but the care is the same: sand, empty shells, hard alkaline water and room for tiny territories.
