Kipili Gold Featherfin overview
Kipili Gold Featherfin Cichlid is a Lake Tanganyika form of Ophthalmotilapia nasuta. The previous supporting fields had severe contamination from Salvini, Yellow Belly and Jack Dempsey-style Central American cichlid copy. This is a Tanganyika featherfin cichlid, so the care, water and temperament notes are completely different.

Care notes
Use fine sand, open swimming space, rock retreats and strong filtration. Mature males display over sand and should not be crowded with aggressive mbuna-style fish. Do not mix similar Ophthalmotilapia colour forms if you are trying to preserve locality/form identity.
