Checkered Barbs | Oliotius oligolepis

Checkered and Chequer are spelling variants of the common name. The gold label identifies the form offered, while older Barbus or Capoeta wording explains why the scientific labels differ. Compare the actual size option and availability on each listing rather than treating the labels as two unrelated species.

Oliotius oligolepis reaches about 5 cm total length. Plan a suitable group with open swimming room and planted or sheltered edges, and assess companions by behaviour and feeding needs. Check the quantity supplied by the selected option before deciding how many to order.
